Legacy Partners
The Haddonfield Educational Trust (HET) Legacy Partners Initiative recognizes the dedication and commitment of major individual donors who want to support our Irvine schools at a significant level, leaving a legacy of leadership and financial support for our children and our schools. Created in 2005-2006, the Legacy Partners are those individual donors who have elected to give $10,000 or more to HET.
As one of the lowest funded school districts in the state, the Haddonfield Public Schools face an extremely challenging fiscal situation as budget cuts to education continue.
Individuals in our community who elect to give at the $10,000 or more level play a key role in increasing the capacity for HET to make a difference in the educational experience of the 2500 students in our school district.
Why Join Legacy Partners?
Legacy Partners are instrumental in providing support to all of Haddonfield's 2500? students through HET's funding of Art, Music and Science, Sports, Specialists; the Middle and High School Initiative; K-12 Health Services & Health Education; Classroom-based Technology; the ACE Program; the Innovative Teaching Award Program, and many other programs!
As a Legacy Partner, you will be recognized publicly (with your permission), and invited to the fun and interesting programs planned for Legacy Partners throughout the year. You will have opportunities to meet other community leaders who are committed to Haddonfield's standards for a world class education.
Specifically, Legacy Partners
- are invited to attend an annual spring luncheon, featuring prominent speakers
- are invited to attend an annual fall Legacy Partners recognition event
- receive complimentary tickets to the Haddonfield School Districts Concerts
- are offered preferred parking at HET's Events
- are invited to attend annual HET events such as the Innovative Teaching Awards presentation and the Parent Volunteer of the Year luncheon
- receive many forms of public recognition for their leadership and commitment to Haddonfield's public schools
Become a Legacy Partner
We would be pleased to welcome you as a partner in our efforts to promote this level of giving to benefit our children, and those who follow them in the Haddonfield Public Schools.
Individuals may become a Legacy Partner at any time by committing to a gift of $10,000. Tax-deductible gifts may be made in one of four ways:
- Donate a lump sum of $10,000
- Pledge $5,000 a year over the next two years
- Pledge $2,500 a year over the next four years
- Donate stock with a market value of $10,000
