How to Pay Online

 

1. Fill out the Registration Form above, entering your Full Name and Email Address, then for "Select Donation Amount", select the appropriate amount from the pull-down menu, and click on the [Submit] button.

2.  On the Order Summary window, select or confirm the amount you wish to donate. Finally, enter how you wish to pay. If you are not a PayPal customer, select [PayPal Checkout] button, then enter your credit/debit card credentials. If you are a PayPal user, then you may select the additional payment methods made available to you by PayPal.
